Boutique Pilates studios often rely on fragmented booking systems, where there are missed opportunities, inconsistent data, and frustrated customers. It makes it difficult for customers to discover classes, manage memberships, and maintain routines. I designed a mobile experience that simplifies scheduling and strengthens customer engagement, which leads to returning clients.
